Kona coffee is grown on the slopes of the Big Island, where the volcanic soil and tropical climate create the perfect conditions for a truly unique coffee. We offer a variety of Kona styles, each with its own distinct character:

• Natural Process Coffees – When available, we feature Kona coffees that are naturally processed, offering rich and fruity flavors with a distinct sweetness.

• Sun Dried Coffees – Another prized style, sun-dried Kona beans have a naturally enhanced flavor profile, often featuring brighter acidity and a smooth finish.

• Estate Grade & Certified Coffees – Estate-grade Kona coffees are carefully harvested from specific farms and processed with the utmost care. These coffees are often certified for quality and consistency.

Our focus is primarily on Estate Grade Kona beans that are sun-dried, delivering a clean, balanced cup with the signature smoothness and subtle nuttiness that Kona is known for
